Privacy Policy

What the app uses, and where it stays

• Vehicle telemetry (battery, voltage, current, speed, temperatures and similar) is read from your own VoltDeck gateway over Bluetooth. It is shown on screen and, if you turn on logging, saved on your iPad only.
• Location (when you allow it) is used to show your position on the map. It is not stored on a server or sent to us.
• Bluetooth is used only to find and talk to your VoltDeck gateway.
• Local network is used only to reach devices you add yourself, such as a Wi-Fi backup camera or an LED lighting controller on your vehicle's network.
• Apple Music / Media library access is used only to show what is playing and to play, pause and skip tracks.
• Settings, vehicle profiles and dashboards are saved on your iPad.

Subscriptions and payments

• VoltDeck Pro is an auto-renewing subscription ($2.99 per month or $19.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers). Prices may vary by country.
• Purchases, renewals and refunds are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
• We never see or receive your name, email, payment card or billing details.
• The app checks whether your subscription is active using Apple's StoreKit on your iPad. We do not run a server that stores purchase records.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it any time in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPad.
• Apple's handling of your purchase data is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Exports

Logs, vehicle profiles and dashboard templates leave the iPad only when you export or share them yourself (for example with AirDrop or the Files app). Where they go after that is up to you.

Network requests

• Map data downloads (when you use the offline map download) fetch public map files from their published source. That server sees a normal web request from your iPad (such as its IP address), as with any download. We receive nothing.
• VoltDeck has no accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking, and contains no third-party SDKs.

Vehicle control

VoltDeck can switch your headlight and auxiliary lights through a paired gateway. These commands go directly from your iPad to your gateway and are not sent anywhere else.

Children

VoltDeck is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this page with a new effective date.
